Ever notice they never seem to put enough "wing", on these things. At $34.99 I think I'll pass till after Christmas, when hopefully the price will go down. Its nice to see some 2 channel planes back on the market though. I got into RC flying these things so I still have a facination for these.

I wish they could start selling these with 2.4gHz gear, Silverlit has it on some helicopters and The Peregrine FPV http://www.flyingtoys.com/=I289 .
I still have to test one of those, but it sounds good!

I saw this in person yesterday, it may not have enough wing area, but it is very hotttt!!! looking and deserves a try, eight speeds and 200ft. range (look out Air Hogs)...
The link posted by JimJim06 is cool I was waiting to see this plane..
I wonder why Silverlit/Airhogs cannot seem to evolve their radios to have a little more range and also get the quality control together.
Or have all that, and have 4 channels of control, along with telemetry and switching, such as picture taking..
They seem to be stuck at 2 channels with a 2.4ghz radio with 100ft range
Their Benchmark is 300ft...

Silverlit has the Peregrine in 2 verisions, 1 with "FPV" and 1 without, the one W/o FPV still has the camera and is like 33% cheaper, can snap photos or movies in flight controllable from the Tx.

Cool

I watched vids in it AND it flies okay

Looks pitch sensitive and due to size can't handle much windz

Still

Looks fun though

I wonder how much just the fpv system would cost

So I just flew one!!! W/video

I had to try this Twin Turbine out, and here is a Mini review...
First it flies really well, maybe too good.
It is a floater and it climbs easily, full throttle puts it right up in the sky, and when you throttle back the plane maintains it's altitude.
It is easy to trim and turns very well considering it is an AA style Ducted fan, (and we know how sluggish those turn)...
The only cons to this plane besides the imprecise molding and 5min run time, is that it is slow, but if given to a small child, and you teach them how to keep it in close.. then o.k.
I put a dime on the nose and it instantly flew better, (could use another Dime perhaps)..
All in all this is a good buy for beginners indoor or out, looks great and floats forever where does it get so much lift...Cool..
Petey...
Ps: weight with my Dime is 36.5 grams....
Pss: cute tail wheel

After Christmas I'm going to be going to Radio Shack to get a few of these on close out.

That thing seems to fly good for 36g

Hi UNGN; just so you know, I did not put pics up yet but TRU (ToyrUS) has Silverlit F22 models in their Fastlane Packaging and they also still have the Avengers Quinjet...

Well I guess there are pics now, wrong thread but hey what can I say...

So, how much thrust do these things put out, any guess Machy2k? Is it a 3.7v battery?
