4.2 volts/cell is fully charged. Ideally you should stop flying with 20% left in the batteries to prolong their life, which equates to 3.7 volts/cell. With some trial and error, you'll work out how long you can fly.

Also, lipos last longest if they are stored at half charge, which is about 3.85 volts/cell. Most programmable chargers have a 'storage charge' function to charge to this level.

You should also try to keep them in a cool place to prolong life.

Hello - New Apprentice owner here (actually it's pre-owned).

Question - Will the battery door for the S 15e fit this plane? I ordered one today since one of the pins is broken off of the one I have. I couldn't find one specifically for the 15e ...

S door will fit fine. Only difference is the S door does not have the cooling louvers since the S is able to use floats. Helps keep the spray out.
