What is an acceptable voltage deviation for LIPO chargers?

As per the tittle, what is an acceptable voltage deviation for LIPO chargers?

Is it OK for a charger to be off by +0.02/+0.03V per cell?

Voltages at full charge based on cell count assuming a +0.02v deviation from actual:

2S = 8.44v
3S = 12.66v
4S = 16.88
5S = 21.1
6S = 25.32

You get the idea!

The over voltages are not a good idea.
+/- .02-.03 is OK as long as all cells are under 4.2V/cell.
4.2V/4.18/4.17 would be OK
4.2/4.22/4.23 would not be OK.

That's my opinion.

That's consistent with everything I have known about LIPO's as well!
