Hi ensemble,

my son published a video of his FW 190A.
He built it itself at least 90%, maiden it and mounted the video.
Here is the video:

Focke Wulf 190A (2 min 14 sec)

Best regards,

Ric

P.s.: he is 12

My mig builds

Almost done with my second Mig build. Built both for combat yet have only flown the first build. If you get your hands on the plans I highly recommend building one! Easy to make straight and strong, really responsive plane!

Here is a Knight Wing that was built from one of our JR Hobbies kits in the early '90s by a good friend. As you can see in the photo, the right wing was used as a chew toy by a raccoon that broke into his basement. The raccoon also chewed up some of his other planes. He was not a happy camper!

Anyway, all I need is a .25 2c and this Knight Wing will get into the air once more!

Eventually I chose a 3S1P 3000mAh 20C LiPo, 40A ESC and a 1300kv outrunner for the model. The flying weight is 821g.

Since this picture, I put some kill stars under the cockpit and a 5 on the rear fuselage. Never have made the exhaust headers that will go where that strip of blue tape on the nose is. That's a Red Jacket Firearms logo on the rudder(Sons of Guns). I thought it looked cool and fit the theme. I hope Will Hayden doesn't come shoot it down.

Hi ensemble,

the Waldmann Spitfire went for a test flight.
I was a little worried about the CoG at 70mm (instead of 55mm), because of the very windy and turbulent day.
But the plane showed his beautiful flying attitude, going from launch just straight and nice.

Best regards,
Ric

Few pictures from our 1/12 ACES WW 2 Euro Cup/second stage competition held at Olgina airstrip near Narva in Estonia.

More pictures in the link. I left out the models that were present in the first competition album, because they looked the same.

^ very nice display of combat planes..it's kinda neat to *see everyone agrees on camo......sometimes hard to see,but best for warbirds.
