I hope we get some reports and gliding video from Muncie this weekend.

I too wish it would have been bigger, but as AEJR pointed out, it may be impossible to do 3 meters in foam. Just not firm enough.

Also Horizon, what were your goals in designing this plane as opposed to the Radian? Better thermaling? Fly in higher winds? Sloping?
"Just not firm enough" I'll 2nd that. Mine flaps her wings like a demented eagle at the slope with a good blow. I must confess I haven't taken her sloping since I moved onto the Fox and Wildthing though she still gets a look in on flat field days

I can't see them making the wings fit the existing fuse, wouldn't make good business sense now would it, but I bet that mod will follow, Oh Yes!!!

Hard to tell for sure from the video, but during the loops the wings seem to hold up well. Little to no flex going on there. Again, hard to tell but I would have to say they upgraded the rigidity of the model entirely.

Yeah, nice video (link wasn't there when I posted up there). I wanted to see some inverted or some rolls to see what kind of roll authority it has.

The wings did look stiff to me too. Could be good for the slope. Again, hopefully we get some thermailing reports from Muncie.

WOW, my guesses were pretty darn close! Dead on for the BNF. That is not bad at all IMO. $25 extra for all the upgrades on a PnP, I would say that is very fair.

Seriously though I want this plane, but I have no more room for another. What exactly is camber and reflex btw?
