You don't necessarily need the X.........the 450 3D is just fine, and $460 RTF, WITH a Dx6I

Man what the hell would you ever need 14 channels for? Besides a hugeass jet with thrust vectoring and stuff.....

I just don't see the point in spending over $300 in a TX when I can barely afford planes/helis anyways to go with it.
