After two weeks of bad weather I was finally able to fly the Cub. It turned out to be all I hoped and more. With the 110 she took off and climbed out nicely with at half throttle, this power combination is perfect. Rolls and loops looked very scale and there was no tendency to climb when power was added so they did change the firewall to add down thrust. Do NOT add more as the instructions call for.
I did find that the gear was very springy and I was unable to land without some bouncing. I am going to add more rubber bands to the gear to stiffen it up a bit. All in all this turned out to be a perfect plane to convert to electric.

Just ordered this thing,Im not an electric guy so im going with a DLE 20cc gasser!!! Im thinking 30cc or more is too much for this plane,It has a low wing loading like most cubs,Cant wait till spring cause I hate winter time except for some good building time,Have a CMP Yak 54 to put together also,Happy building people!!!
