www.aliexpress.com complaints how contact ?

Hi
Has anyone hand problems with aliexpress and got a refund or even just a response?

Had quite few orders most time shipping good few even very fast. No problems contacting them and few can't rate high enough.
I've made a claim and nothing. Just going round in circles looking for some form of contact.

Any input , thoughts?

I had one thing. It was set up so that the money was held in an escrow account till I confirmed receiving the device (or some arbitrary time limit). One of the devices I received had a decoupling cap that was poorly placed. I sent them pictures, and they sent a simple response back that a the resolution had been accepted. About a week later I got a refund.

I'm expecting problems,,, 1 supplier has delayed shipping ,,, from 60 days to 90 days ,,so I have reordered from a different supplier,, and will be disputing after the 60 days are up,,, I try to keep the $ values low ...

For what it's worth, I've done quite a bit of business with suppliers on Aliexpress, and so far all of them have been excellent as far as the supplier's willingness to correct any problems. The suppliers themselves, perhaps as a part of the Chinese culture, seem to value business relationships, and their reputation really seems to matter with most of them. I've had some very pleasant email conversations with a few of them, and they are very gracious and helpful, and seem grateful for my business. I've had a couple of small issues, and the suppliers have jumped on the problem and fixed them as quickly as you could ever want, I have nothing but praise for them as a whole.

If you're thinking about doing business with a supplier on Aliexpress, don't worry, do it. You're no more likely to have a problem there than you are on ebay, perhaps even less.

My problem with Aliexpress customer serviss

I bought via aliexpress smartphone Order NO:1128416751 from Store: OBD China LTD .The item has many defects and I asked from supplier to repair them within warranty).The supplier received the smartphone 28/4/2014
and after that his representative Ellen chen only promised me to send soon.
I tried contact with Live Chat customer service ,wrote message also to email
buyer@aliexpress.com without any responses.

i bought on alieexpress and the supplier sent the wrong colour and claimed that as they didn't stock white they could send whatever they had. They even had a button to order white on the ali site. They expected me to send it back at 75% of the value of the article then pay for the postage back to me again. This was all documented on the Aliexpress message service.
Made a claim and the supplier was allowed to get away with it. I was told there was not enough evidence to support my claim.
Ebay the bias is towards the purchaser from what i have seen but Aliexpress is totally for the seller so be warned.

I ordered and paid for two phones on www.aliexpress.com yesterday. For some reasons, i cancelled the order this morning with the intention of ordering different phones from the same supplier, but now i want AliExpress to ignore the cancellation and go ahead with the verification of payment. Please how do i contact them?
I need their contact ASAP cos i'm aware a refund of the money could take some time and i need to get the products ASAP.
Please how can i contact them?
The email buyer@aliexpress.com is not working.

in my experience ali customer service is a joke. fortunately out of couple hundred orders only a few problems. ali ignores attempts to contact but if you are lucky the seller might responds. although language barrier sometimes suddenly crops up when you have a problem. this is why i always go to ebay 1st with their excellent buyer protection. ive has literally hundreds of dollars refunds no problem.

considering ali/tao is bigger than amazon, bonanza, and ebay combined... and they get no cut from customers... they can afford to ignore them.

ps the rating system is a joke too. sellers can delete any feedback they dont like.

This is the DIY Electronics forum.

Not sure how we can help with supplier problems when purchasing phones.
