My Lipo deformed/puffed a little I think with PIC

I just pulled my 3S 35C 2200mah lipo out of my little quad that draws about 11 amps. After checking over the lipo, I noticed some deformation around where the lipo was strapped down not too tight with a Velcro strip (see pic). The lipo has 46 cycles on it. I take very good care of my batteries, and never discharge my3S lipos below 10.8 volt under load, I have a volt meter on all my multi-rotors. I also never charged it with over 1C. The performance of the battery seems to be normal.

Is a little puffing/deformation normal? Or is my lipo done?

Very minor puffing doesn't alarm me. I keep my lipos in a firesafe box BTW.
