Anybody flying this?

I I looking for my first "real" scale model. Currently flying a seagull ka8 that's pretty floaty.

I'd like to find something in the 3-5m range that thermals well, behaves decently on tow and under $900

This model looks like a very good choice to me. Wouldn't mind having one myself. I have experience with this airfoil and personally have always liked the way HQ airfoils behave. This one will give a wide speed range, but should still thermal very well. It will NOT be a floater. It will prefer to flown at a higher speed, and should really cover a lot of territory searching for lift. Also a very good price for a model of this type.
I produced Saturn Sailplanes from 1991-97, and used HQ airfoils on all of my designs.
