I have a large 80qt cooler and a regular cooler. Will I need any more than that?

And does anyone have beta on how many drinks were brought last year?

Guy, thanks for the offer on scoring help. Let me know if you will be home by then, and if you're available that weekend in St. George (that's where the Red Rock event is). If you can make it, we will put you to work and your help would be greatly appreciated. You could also learn all about competitive DLG. If Kelsey J. comes from Colorado then she will get the head scorekeeper job (she's the BEST, and highly experienced), but there is always room for more help. If she doesn't come then we will need someone to manage the scoring effort, as it is too much for a pilot involved in the competition.

What day are you setting up the gear? Early Friday? I can get up early and help as I should be in town Thursday night. I can also help take down. Whatever you need.

Thanks for the offer. I will probably drive down Wednesday afternoon/evening, then do field setup on Thursday. It's no big deal, just stepping off the field and marking boundaries with flags and tape.

The only assignment we need filled now is food. Sam has done it the last 2 years, and it's not hard. Basically just make a phone call in advance to order box lunches from Dickey's BBQ in St. George, and have them deliver it to the field at the desired time. We can do that both days if you want (easiest), or do something else the 2nd day (Subway's, Pizza, etc.), your choice. You can assign a helper to grab a few breakfast snack items on their way to the field in the mornings (muffins, granola bars, milk & OJ, fruit, whatever). All costs will be reimbursed.
