Kirby Kite heading the races as we come into the first fence..followed closely by Reiher..with the rest of the field bunched together in two packs and Slingsby bringing up the rear..

I've collected together pictures of most of the aircraft on the list. If it's not there (and I think all the most popular ones are) then it promises to be an opportunity for a little quiet investigation of your own.....

I am surprised at the number of Blanik votes.
I think maybe that more guys have gotten to fly them as they are two place
birds. I've flown several of them, which is the reason for my Blanik vote
as well as the ASK-13.

The full size L-13s will be disappearing quickly from now as there are a bunch of ADs and restrictions just hit for them. All are now non aerobatic, with quite a few grounded forever i would think as it is a re occurring spar boom corrosion problem. I have only one to inspect but its not hopeful!
