Sorry about that! If you purchased the PL6 directly from Revolectrix, if you phone the sales line on Monday and ask for Cindy, she can start a case for you and get the RMA process going. Alternatively, you can follow the steps at the bottom of the following Support page under the heading "to initiate a case online for any of the above:"
If you purchased the unit from a dealer, you'll need to return it to the place of purchase.
