Yup. I used rc56 canopy glue. Recommended it to several others who had success. Apply to the carbon rods where film is loose then smooth the flim over with finger in a tightening motion. Don't try to hold film with tape or clamps. The glue has enough tension to hold the film until cured.
You may not want to add this much weight but I went over all film to frame joints with the rc56. From a fresh bottle, the glue is thin enough to do a neat job and it dries clear. Never had another issue with loose film.
