v222 and v989 both flying distance 100m - 150m specs totally same but v222 price is higer. May I know any reason of this? I like to fly high, which is better? Last time I own v222 but crash so this is 2nd time but consider on v989 for the lower price same specs. Any idea guys
I believe the V989 is just a V959 with a different module, not the cam, and if that is so then the V989 is a 4 axis where as the V222 is a 6 axis/ with accelerometers. That's probably why the V222 costs more.

I want to ask

http://www.tmart.com/Wltoys-V222-2.4...k_p190744.html

The transmitter is upgraded one but why price is cheap? Banggood itself seld at $80 and eBay more expensive.

What do you guys think. Can I rely on that?

Excellent beginner quad, And the range is brill, [prob over 150m with the newer swithable transmitter, I found i got a bit more range by making a little hole in the canopy so the antenna is standing straight up This is a bit of a noob question so please bare with me but when you increase the rates from 40% to 100% etc does the yaw rate increase :? its just mine dosnt really seem to,, only the cyclic rate increases, and is this the same on all quads ? tx )

Hi,
Could anyone tell me, please, is there a mod that allows 100% rates with no flips ? I want that for my V252 "Pro" !

I don't have the V222, but I can answer the question; no, it isn't like that on all quads.

The yaw rate is slow, but should be a bit faster with each step of increase, at least mine does. just start a spin and while doing that increase the percentage rate, and sou should see that. at 100% still not really fast, which is from my point of view one of the very few cons on the V222. i am happy with mine now for over one year without any defects, even the first rotor blades still working fine.
Tough quad, fun with the camera, and i love the switchabel TX because i fly in mode 4...

Thx for that ) My receiver board just broke(antenna snapped) So I have ordered the new version from Banggood, im hoping this will increase the yaw rate a bit, Its what a really love about this quad, everything is easily replaced, Unlike the H8C where its a mission to open it up and you have to solder parts. The only thing I think is missing is a decent camera, if they could make a HD camera for this it would be the best mini size quad you can get for me.
