Well, we will have to see how well it goes after THE MOVE.

Not to mention how it goes in NOV elections.

We could all be on the chopping block.

Hi I am almost done with the construction of the 100% and i am setting up the motors (TowerPro BM2410-9T / 18A BEC). I wonder which way is better to set up the motors both clockwise or the left motor counter rotate.

Same rotation direction for both motors works fine whether set up to use rudder or differential power for directional control.

Many friends told me that motors with same rotation make the model slightly to turn to the left.
I am thinking for direct control with same rotation and after the maiden flight if everything is OK maybe I will make an extra mix for the rudder.

The huge sides are tall multiple fins make this a very stable bird.
SO directionaly stabile that lots of guys have mixed the rudder with the motor control
to achieve some "real" yaw control for aerobatics and taxiing.

If you want to do Contra rotating props GO FOR IT.

There are lots of CW and CCW prop sets available now due to the
Quad Copter craze. They must use both types and therre are
lots of sizes and Colors available for slow flight uses.

Running counter rotating props are free stability. Everything good, nothing bad. Differential thrust really adds to the fun.

on the 35% size, same rotation props (GWS5030) dont add turn or torque roll. on the 25% version, same rotation some add a fair bit of torque roll. but those are DD tiny props and a super light airframe. mostly its cuz its waaay over powered.

Do you have any idea the watts the 35% produces. I have two 55 watt motors that might do the job.

You need 200 watt for every 1 kgr of weight for a normal flight. The 100% version weights around 700-900gr, so for the 35% I think that should be enough 110 watt motors.
