Thomas does it again!!

Though it was a bit disturbing to see Otto ball up at the end.

Ken: Don`t worry, Otto was quickly repaired. And then damaged again (see video below) and then repaired again...

Gord: Don`t hesitate to ask, I will translate.

Great stuff Thomas. One of my flying buddies parents came from Germany so he helped interpret for me, but the pics help a lot.
I'll build two of them from dollar store foam which is much like Depron, and give one to a flying buddy..
See if I can get something going in the club. I put your website up in the club forum to get things cranked up.
Thanks again.

Hmmm I've built a lot out of DTF.
Then got some Depron.. Bit of a Difference :-)
Try some.. you may not go back to DTF... I certainly don't plan to.
Cheap is good, but too cheap carries a cost... as well.

Do you think if I go into the local grocery store and start measuring the yogurt tubs with a tape measure they might kick me out or have the guys with the white coats come and get me.??
I just put a couple of doublers in the nose sides to strengthen it up a bit for the times I run into cement walls and Mack trucks.

You need the big yoghurt tubs! It is definitely worth the risk. The white coats may get us here, too, when they see adults playing with toy planes pulling paper streamers and laughing all the time like maniacs.

Seriously: its great fun. we often have four or five hits on one battery and not so many full contacts as the plane speed is quite low and they are so agile that we were able to avoid total damage.

Manu: the battery is at the front behind the firewall.
