I'll try and remember to bring my motor and clutch with me to the meeting so you can compare it.

I might not be able to make it. It's looking like I'll be needed around here Thursday evening. If I don't make it, please bring it be on Saturday or Sunday.

Looks like some sandpaper will do the trick, or maybe run a drill it the the hole in the hub. Now the heating idea will work too if you can install the screws from the to of the hub after is mounted on the engine.
Now you know that heat will expand the metal and cold will do the opposite! So I will try to stick the engine in your freezer for some time, but put in in a zipplock bag so you don't get moisture I your engine and then try to install your hub, it may work.
I'm back from NO so I will be at the meeting tomorrow

I will not be out at the field on Saturday. I got roped into family stuff I didn't sign up for. Good thing is I'll have plenty of time to work on my helis. The O550 is getting a new motor. Hopefully, the head parts for the F50 will arrive tomorrow so I can fix its head. I'll also continue work on the Velocity. Next up, the tail. Hope to post pics of the work I did on the frames later tonight.

As promised, here are some pics from the next part of the frame build, minus the engine/fan assembly.

I'll start with the fuel tank parts.

Now the assembled fuel tank.

All the left frame parts. Actually, I missed a few in this pic.

A-Arm flange bearing installed.

Left frame PEM parts.

PEM parts installed.

Govenor sensor mount parts.

Govenor sensor mount loosely installed.

Right trame, fuel tank and damper parts.

Fuel tank installed in right frame.

Left frame and fuel tank damper parts.

Right and left frame brought together.

Rear frame doubler parts.

Rear frame doubler parts installed.

Front frame doubler and canopy mounting post parts. Whoops! I already installed the frame doubler when I took this pic.

Front frame doubler and canopy mounting post installed.

Rear canopy mount parts.

Bell Crank Parts.

Bell crank ball links installed.

Pitch bell crank installed.

Aileron and elevator bell cranks installed.

At this point I am supposed to install the bottom frame stiffener and landing gear. However, the bottom frame stiffener bolts onto the motor mount which is not installed yet. I'm going to skip this part of the build and continue on with servo install.
