Notification of backordered goods on orders
Hooray, hold the press.
HK are now notifying if a item becomes backordered AFTER you order it. ie if it saying in stock but actually isnt. I got the email today, after my order just sitting there for 4 days.
Finally.....perhaps CS is moving forward.
And there is an option to remove the backordered part (and get store credit) , to move the order back along & get it sent.
That doesnt seem to be workin at the mo.. but I guess it will be fixed in time. Doesnt help the Live chat is offline, so my order is still stuck in the que.

I did see the remove option last time I placed an order for a back ordered item. I think this is a great feature. Hopefully they get the live chat sorted as it seems to be spotty lately!

Yep i did notice this too but at least HK are still working on CS and their ordering system in the back ground so to speak which is always good to know.
