IB 1400 Test data

Hello,

If you go to www.cheapbatterypacks.com and look under loose cells you will see that they have posted data for the IB 1400 cells.

I hope this helps,

Teo

thanks. I just would like to see some real user discharge graphs and "beta" testing, is it worth to buy those cells now or later.

Here's what I did with my E-Meter from hyperion. I'm told By Maxamps.com that I need to charge them at 3 amps not .5 amps so I will retest but here's what I got last night. This is an eight cell pack btw

Does anyone know the durability of the IB cells vs. GP cells? I've been abusing a set of GP 2/3A cells for over a year now (>50 cycles) and they just keep working like they're new. Are the IB in the same league or do they work well for a few flights and then start going bad after 20 cycles or so like I've seen the cheaper 2/3A cells do?

Also, one other thing... how are IB cells for charge retention? Again, I've been very impressed by the slow rate of discharge on the GPs. Are IB's as good?

IB's are very good batteries, I've not had mine long, but they are being used by some of the best battery abusers in the game F5B.

I don't have any numbers, but have pushed 1400's to 30 amps, well, I had two 1400's in parralel, and pushed 60 amps ( whattmeter used for that), and they take it, and the hold voltage well.
