Don't know yet on throttle and pitch curves other than I don't want to drive it in the ground with negative pitch. So what heli do you guys advise.
I went from a 911 to an SCP/Devo 7e. I still think it's a good choice. The SCP is a very mild-mannered, stable CP heli and the Devo 7e can be modded to fly almost anything. Go for it!

Walkera renamed there models they don't have a fbl80 anymore.
Hcp80 6 channel cp was the fbl80
Hcp100 6 channel cp
Hfp80 4 channel fbl was the fbl70

That's HiSky naming, not Walkera. Just to clear that up.

Well, the HCP80 is a CP heli and it's cheap but it's not a great flier. It might not be a bad CP trainer but I can't seem to get it to flip reliably. If you add an inexpensive radio module to the Devo 7e, you can also fly HiSky models too.

Anyone using an esky nano scale canopy on the super cp? I just got mine and it doesn't fit very well. I think i saw someone using the same canopy in this thread so just wanted to ask how to get it on without it being so loose? I am thinking of cutting slits at the bottom like the stock one.
