New Product
Exceed "Skelocopter" - Coolest Name Ever Wasted.

So I just stumbled across a product called the Exceed Skelocopter on XHeli... That company (And sister site Nitroplanes) has a bad habit of adding products that are allegedly in stock, then withholding pictures of them for weeks. Is this actually a Walkera product by chance, like many Exceed-branded items of the past?

I hate to buy a product without seeing a single photo, but with a name like that I'm awfully close to pressing the "buy" button sight unseen- Specs don't look bad at all. Does anybody have any idea what this thing actually looks like? I'm picturing a flying skull on fire and don't want to be let down! It might just be a translucent body... What a disappointment that would be.

I would think it is just a heli without a canopy.

Don't speak it - That's what I'm afraid of. My fingers are crossed for a flaming skull or a bunch of flying bones!

It's another rebadged Walkera model.

That seems like a pretty cool marketing trick. Give some heli model you can't sell a neat name and don't show any pictures of it. They should have called it "Trogdor the Burninator". I'll bet that would really sell!

From the description, sounds just like yet another CB180 rebadge. Probably they are trying to get rid of their stock by putting a custom canopy on all those madhawk/whatevers they had there sitting collecting dust....

Walkera re badges seem to be popular lately. Bananahobby just added the "Ghost CP" by Blitzworks that I believe is a Genius CP with a different colored canopy. Comes with a Devo 7.

A Walkera CB180Q2 without the fuselage! They couldn't give that thing away!

I'm going to have to change the title of this thread to "coolest name ever wasted". Unbelievable. Glad I didn't buy one earlier. It may still be a good flyer, but it will never live up to the name!

I thought that thing's supposed to come with headlights? The old one looked cooler.
