Missing mine.

With so many other "mistresses" to fly they all see very little action, attention spread too thinly when I do get the chance to fly, but she was very worth the price and easy to modify for 4s @1000w.

Howdy guys.

I'm pretty new to RC but awestruck when a very experienced friend flys his Swist. I've no illusions of controlling the 175+mph he flies but it's time to step up from these foamies and I do enjoy spirited sport flying.

My LHS has a used Siren for sale so I'm looking into my 1st hotliner. All I want is solid flight control with good-great gliding and 100+-mph, is the Siren "that bird".

He also has a SoaringUSA Jibe for sale, should that be considered?

Thanks for any help.

Stock unmodified she tops out @85mph.

Mine strengthened and 1150w on 4s2200mA 60C was gps 107mph and that was in a dive and wings were about to implode..... After all she lasted only 75ish flights with that power.

Expect 75-85mph

Hmmm, that 75-85 speed may be exciting at 1st but I suspect I may get bored kinda quickly. Can you recommend a different plane?
