Hm, i'm also very interested in this one (if this really is a new module and not the 200mW module with a stronger driver).
For the RC305 and the 200mW Tx with the same frequencies, it's easy to modify them to match the A-band.
Can this be done with the 400mW Version as well?
I have read quite a few times, that basically you have to multiply the power output x4 to get double the range, so is this tx really worth so much more? With the possible heat issues that may occur, without good cooling (ground FPV use)?
The 200mW tx/rx combo can be bought for ~$60 at hobbyking.
