BTW, you did already flash it via the "firmware flasher" tool, right? It needs to be flashed first. I'm assuming you did, but I guess you never know.
Well clearly, I doubt I would've been able to bind and successfully test it on my radio otherwise

So, I happen to have the IRC one, pricey but otherwise very nice. It is able to show both peak and average power which is usefull with packet transmission like openlrs.

I also have the 'red dot' SWR meter (someone linked it) which shows power too. Notably the resolution is limited since it seems that power is measured with 10 bit adc on 30W ramge giving step size of 30mW. To measure swr well some 1W of power is needed (I use it with my baofeng). Also it will measure average power so a 800mW olrs with telemetry on will read about 300mW due to duty cycle.

Then there are more diy methods like the module ReadError linked I got one too but haven't tested it. At simplest you only need DMM with it to measure avg power. The nice thing is one can hook up oscilloscope on the output and see the power envelope.

Anyone?

There was a bug, they only work with telemetry enabled, also they did not honour failsafe.

You can load firmware from here to the RX to fix it

The automatic build system (http://openlrsng.org/beta/) also runs on linux and compiles using make and avr-gcc (plus a little from Arduino).

Or it uploads the project (*.ino , *.h, etc) all in one upload?
