Some of the micro flight controllers on the market do not have sat input, so CPPM is the only option.

Imagine this with twin long antennas.

KCinNC, I'm using Lemon products on both of my 250 quads and they work perfectly on both. If you are looking for a DSMX receiver I don't think that you can buy a better receiver than Lemon.

I'm using Lemon products on more than just my quads, but since you're looking for an Rx for your quad that's the part that matters. I only fly (at this time) LOS and I'm convinced that the DSMX protocol will work for as far as my poor eyes can see well enough to orient.

I'm sure you will be quite pleased with your purchase.

In my test at our field. Nothing out range tests a lemon. Not sure if that translates to the sky but I've never had a problem.

I just ordered 2. The short satellite on my atom rx122 only gets about 100 yards if there are trees inbetween. I'm hoping for better range. I might try turning the one i have on it's side so the short antennas stick out the top and bottom, but then they'll be getting mangled all the time.

by getting the antenna further away from the carbon frame and the escs, i'm sure being right next to them isn't helping any.

I made it over 200m with the long antenna satellite (in between a lot of trees). Wasn't range testing or anything, just happened to be where I was flying. Probably has a lot more in it. If I could get 500-600 meters I would be happy.

Just wish the antennas were longer. And used the same antenna connector as everyone else.
