So i ordered a qq from amain it came damaged they wanted pics i took with cell and i trying post here this had to be damaged in boxing up but amain i feel should check before ship

More pictures. both aileron servos were stripped and you can see other issue was the broke aileron also landing gear block not glued in at all. This was my bday pres to myself and cant even fly did get one flight but servos to bad to fly now

Looks like the box got crushed. Sucks.

The box dont look bad i think whoever packed it crashed the aileron and stripped the servos. Not sure if a main will do anything i just wanted them to know that i feel they should open and check planes before they ship.
When i worked at hobbytown we opened every single plane and looked at them if they looked good we tape up box nd put our initals on box. With date. I found quite a few micros with broken wings n tails from the aa batts for chargers coming loose and breaking them.

HH should just send me a couple servos n a new wing not sure they will. I have glued the canopy and landing gear block and glue the broke part of the wing. Servos being stripped are the main problem. There so tiny you barley bump a surface and im sure they get stripped i feel they should be MG but then that cost more its suprize the plane us 169 same as the other micros.
Ive done re search and think the ds35 servos might be better and if i had money i would maybe buy a couple other brands have these tiny ones for lot less around 6.00 and 9 for mg. Still waiting to hear from HH

Mine was first with stripped on delevery some had strip servos after couple flights one went 100 before one just died.

You know you do not need to wait for HH to respond. You know how good there support is; fill out the service request form and send the whole box in. AMain doesnt need to get involved, HH will take responsibility and make right.

Allready filled it out just waiting for reply way guy on phone acted they will send new wing and couple servos others who had damaged wings and issues thats what they did for them

You can, or you can just send them the box and have a new undamaged plane...

Well dont know how they would see it but since i fixed broke stuff and flew its now a used plane doesnt bother me as long i get something from them since it was damaged when got it.
I was mad it took 10.days to get it from amain.

Funny amain email saying they would replace it but they out of them right now
