Thought it was.. you are correct.. this was only indirectly possible with a dual tx module inserted into a Turnigy 9x transmitter and a switch to choose Output module.
Clearly the DSM2 system is quickly being hack accessed.. widely

If not for fun, what worth would it be? In all seriousness though, it would actually cost less (according to the time is worth more than money theory plus the money required to get a $50 rx with dual throttle) to get a used mSR or any of the cheap 4ch.

Alegedly the 'new unreleased & fabled' Turnigy 9xR will have wide 2.4 compatibility 'built in'.
Hopefully the end End of varying protocol compatibility nonsense ?

OK. I just had time to play with it. I had only one brushed single cell ESC. So I powered both motors from one ESC. Then the heli started spinning around the rotors. I had to reduce the RPM of one motor. I used a very basic technique of extending the blade length of the bottom blade by about 5 mm and all fine now.
