Question
What venders have you been happy with??

There seems to be plenty of questionable venders, let's have some help with who's been there for you. As far as returns and quick communication I never had better service than Amazon. Is there a good reliable source in China?

I have had good luck with several vendors.
Tower Hobbies.
for that matter the only one I had any concerns about was Hobby Lobby

I ordered a Telemaster ARF and when I started to put it together it became clear that the person that wrote the build manual had never seen the plane. The manual was full of mistakes. I did write to Hobby Lobby and told them what a bad manual they had and never heard back from them. Needless to say I do not deal with them at all once was more than enough.

I wish more people would post on this. I'm interested in finding a good dealer.

Hi, below is a list of vendors I have used over the years, and can say with confidence, that I never had a bad experience with any of them. They are all great companies to do business with.
Cheers, Ron

I saw someone who had posted about their favorite dealer - they tested each quad and made sure the latest firmware was installed before shipping them out. Love to find out who that was.

I've heard that. Might be called "Massive" something or other.

Amazon is very limited on rc products particularly in the parts area. RTF / ARF , they do carry though I've never done a comparison. Just not their market and what they have is usually HK or some derivative @ 2x the cost. Great customer service though and you can usually get a credit or replacement part shipped in under 30 minutes.
