Yes! As a result, the lipo doesn't last quite as long...about 8-10mins which is ok. Not as nice in the wind as the Cessna but totally nice for a change. It's also more of a challenge and i like gaining more flight experience before flying my bigger planes.

AND, since it is a tail dragger you need extra right rudder on takeoff. (or were you trying to use the curb to help you get into the air? )

No, I was not trying to use the curb but I tell ya, I'm really glad that it was there




I was thinking about something: the mustang seemed much faster the other day when I had the stock prop on it, as did my CEssna. I changed them both to the same prop only a thinner plastc and I think I've lost some pull/speed. Is this from the prop flexing?

different pitch probably - change it back - same thing happens with my micro p51

I've pushed tail draggers into curbes that weren't rounded like that. Lets just say I used some bad words...

LOL! Ouch!


I'm working on my Durafly Big Cessna over here. Major factory flaw is that the rudder movement rubs and gets all Fudged up. I've almost got it all worked out.....I chose this over flying this morning.....not sure if I made the right decision but it's got to get done.
