Let us be warned......blue foam is just not strong enough for a mast, should have been constructed from ply!

Ground resonance is nothing to mess with. The only cure is to lift off as soon as possible or this can happen

How do the helicopters come into ground resonance, what is the most common cause for it?
Is it some (slight) imbalance in rotorhead or similar that can start such thing?
Can any helicopter (2-blade, 3-blade etc) get into this scary condition? An autogyro also?

Yes they can. Skid landing gears are less prone to it, but not immune.
