Your post 809 the file you mention must be corrupted, because after downloading it it is 0 kb in size. I have tried this version CDI-2012_12F1840_v1.0_B.c ,but I don't get any output from GPIO.1. I may need to build a proper board, right now I have a board similar to Johns simple 12F683 board.

I've had no involvement in V1.0. Jake ported the code to C to make V2 and I then got it working with the a-m variants. So my stuff is in CDI-2014_12F1840_V2.0 versions

Gosh, I hope not. I am just getting going. That means I have many questions.LOL
This thread really has my interest and is very inspirational. I have stripped a Homey 26cc, dug through the threads to find CDI info, and ordered parts. I am preparing to finish the build and post test results. So, I, for one, am in the thick of it and would hate to see it closed.
John, Gr8flyer55, has been a tremendous help to me. I just couldn't thank him enough. I look forward to hearing from the other gurus, as their schedules permit.
The 1840 version is very near completion. We mostly just need to pull all the various pieces together - board layout, bill of materials, software, etc. - and build and test these latest versions. Everything seems to be there. We will then need to create a repository for the information.
I plan on building v.2/1840. I am hopeful that, when I post my results, interest will be spurred, again!

TINT - "They" want to much and thats the problem.
"They" want more then one table.
"They" want servo / trottel control.
"They" want ignitiontiming control.
"They" want wireless control.
"They" want realtime control.
"They" want monitor- and controlsoftware
"They" want cheap parts ready to use.
"They" want no winding transformers.
"They" want it all for free.
"They" don't want help to test.
"They" wait until it's ready.
BUT, the one who devolpe thoose CDI spent hundreds of dollars and "they" don't understand this.
At one moment the devolper understand why he spent his time and money to devolpe a CDI.
Others sell his ready to use designe for much money and thats the moment the devolper stops.

Well considering that Jake has not posted in quite awhile I don't have much hope. Anyway I have been messing with the CDI2012 1.f1 spreadsheet and I think there are some bugs.
1) The "Copy Curve 1 Data" in the settings tab does not work all the time and the Copy settings from curve 1 in the Advance curves tab seems not to work at all.
2) The Table When it does work has some funky values at the beginning of the table. For Example this is the first several lines:
I understand the zeros, and 173 and so on, but all the values to the left of zero seem wrong. Why are they there?

Having spent a good bit of time on the 1840 V2 code I'm not too bothered what "They" do with it. I quite enjoyed the intellectual challenge and I learned something so thatís good enough for me. If its useful to somebody then great.
Any questions get in touch, I'll do what I can to help. Any extensions, you may have to do what I did and get MPLABX running and make the changes yourself. Please just share them with everybody.
