Won't be long now!

Now will it be printed or plain? Oh the horror of waiting.

Arborism

Is there anything that will kill these planes?

Here's my Sbach after I tried de-treeing it using fishing line tied to a crossbow bolt. It survived and is now being flown by one of the kids at our local club.

I've since discovered that a tree surgeons throw bag and throw line is the way to go. It doesn't slice through EPP the way that fishing wire is inclined to do!

Come on guys.... pretty please.... You don't even have to have a model posing with it...

Brad, if you need a testor for a micro that is just a "run of the mill" poor pilot, I'd be happy to assist.

Lol Jforbes. I'm sure brad would have a whole bunch of us lining up to test one as a run of the mill pilot.

Must see pictures. We could use a sneak peek with a disclaimer that all can change at a drop of the hat. Lol.

I'd raise my hand for testing as well, though it'd be more like bashing. So easy a Kamikaze can do it!

Ok someone hack Brad's or Cody's computers for the pics...

3 servos incl arms 18 grms
rx 3 grms
esc with connectors 8 grms
CA 5 grms

Total Finished Build weight (No Landing gear) 130 grms (4.6 oz)

Plus battery (Nano Tech 2S 300 35-70C) 18 grms

= RTF weight (No Landing gear) 148 grms (5.2 oz)

In comparison with my Crack Yak V1, using identical equipment (for comparison purposes), this is 18 grms less (or .63 oz less). If landing gear installed, the new lighter weight designed gear would save approx an additional 5-6 grms (in comparison to the Crack Yak V1 gear design) for an overall net savings with the Crack Lite with landing gear of 24 grms.(.84 oz). Definitely a lighter design plus the added advantage of the newly designed wing spar with ribs is an additional bonus.....

Looking forward to the maiden flight.....Cheers....D
Excellent break down and analysis. RTF weight very impressive.....

Your mission should you decide to accept it. Would be to hack said computers for info and or pictures of the new mini/micro series planes.

As always, should you or any of your IM force be caught or killed, the Crack Club will disavow any knowledge of your actions. Good luck, Jforbes. This post will self-destruct in five seconds.
