Casting Builders and Pilots for a Drone TV Show!

International Casting Call for Drone Builders and Pilots!

Do you build and fly drones?
Are you a master mechanic or a precision pilot?
Would you like $10,000 to prove it???

Award-winning Production Company Hoplite Entertainment is casting a new TV series where 2-person teams build and fly drones to conquer challenges to win cash and prizes.

Competitors are compensated, must have a valid passport, and be willing to fly overseas!
Must be available mid August through October.
Open to any age! (Yes, even the 4yr old genius drone flyers out there.)
Bonus if there are 2 of you! e.g.: the drone engineer and the pilot.
This is a 2 person team competition.

Send a video submission to casting@hoplitefilms.com (Subject Line: Drone Casting) and tell us about your best drone builds and craziest flying stories.

By "drone" do you mean a quadcopter, model aircraft, or both?

Most challenges in the show will be better suited for multi-rotor platforms. However, the focus is a lot on the creativity of what the builders come up with.

Single motor platforms are usually better at just about everything. A fixed wing will go faster than a quadcopter, a plane will fly for further distances/longer time, and there are RC helis that can lift 150lb people off the ground.

I can't imagine many challenges where a quadcopter would be optimal. You of course are just using the term "drone" for marketing purposes and want the builders to make quadcopters, so the audience recognizes them as "drones".

Thank you but I hope everyone here declines your offer

Challenges are presented, then the build of the machine is completely up to the teams.
