We had some problems with the landing gear, but it is ok again and I hope to fly again tomorrow or thursday depending on the tow pilot.

It was pretty easy to fly and realy easy to land due to the huge flaps and crowbrake and its almost as dropping a anchor so its importent to keep the speed up.
And the washout in the wing are spot on, with no tipstall unless you ask for it.

It is almost like flying a F3b glider,

The sound and glide angel and speed was very impressive

Cant wait

Still working on a good dashboard for the Virb Elite cam, hope to get it to woork soon.

I recently got of these Virb Elites, but being very busy, haven't mounted it yet. Looks very cool with the GPS data.

I have a problem with mine due to special sign in my name in my account, like ø , so there is a bug in the software in the Virb edit.

In that way I cant make my own template with the gps data that I want.
Just speed and vertical G

I have tried to change name account etc, but nothing helps.
Beggin for help in the Virb forum, but not much help until now.
Hope to get someone to make a template for me, and send it by email ..

Good luck with yours

Now with decals

In Denmark all gliders have a x in the OY number, so why not OY DGX

And the competition number is 6M for 6 meter span.

It's a bit tight in there, here's mine with my 4.2m Topaze, 3m Pilatus and friends 5m ASW and 4.3m Cherokee I can never work out why "station wagons" fell out of favour in the US.

Because Mini Vans took their place? I still use a full size, 15 passenger van with most of the seats out for my toy hauler.

SUV's have replaced wagons in the US.

I visit the US often and often get a rental SUV, and I still can't understand why

But it's getting off topic, maybe I shouldn't have made the comment on this thread.

You can thank the unintended consequences of big government for that........ as the fuel mileage requirements for autos got more stringent in the 1970's truck based vehicles where exempt from those standards........SUV's at the time where truck based where as station wagons where car based....... so manufactures naturally made the more profitable SUV's instead of the more costly to produce station wagons........... once the American people got use to the SUV's there was no going back to wagons.
