I never noticed that the struts were missing!

We've got two Pawnees at our Gliding Club so I should have noticed right away...

A piper pawnee has wing struts, a Pawnee Brave does not.

Kind of an upgraded Pawnee if you want to think of it like that.

Well I'm dumb. I thought the "brave" was just a name you'd come up with for it, like the ArtiZan or the VisionAire. Oops!

Thanks for the correction!

Same here...

If I got one I'd be looking for some appropriate Cub struts to use. Pawnees have struts in my world. Brave or not!!!

I'd be all over this one if it looked like Dusty Crophopper!

(But I suspect the royalties HH would have to pay Disney would price it way out of the ballpark! )

On the E-Flite UMX F-16 website the last pic is of a P-47, not a F-16.

I took a snapshot and posted it on that thread. Bottom of the first page:

Sneaky!! wish I'd paid attention to the original post and really viewed the picture because those foam beads are clearly too big compared to the airframe to be anything but a UMX plane!!

A big thank YOU!!! To Dave, Matt, Seth, Andy, and any other Horizon guys / gals we have on here !!!

But that pic shows a bubble canopy, and the UMX P-47 is a razorback.

Oh yess!

I was considering getting one of the "old2 1S UMX warbirds and beefing it up with an UMX Radian motor, but this is so much better!
