Waw, I didn't think you would build the stubby Merlin before your Metroliners flew correctly. Are those repaired and successfully flown in the meantime?
Regarding your Merlin pictures in BAF colors, these are in the early (more pretty) scheme. CF01 to CF04 were regular versions, CF05 and 06 were specialized airframes with a large flat sliding panel under the center of the wing/fuselage, over which a prehistoric huge heavy mapping camera was sometimes mounted in the cabin. Over and under the rest of the aircraft numerous aerials and additional antennas were mounted because we sometimes flew with a half-cabin long electronic cabinet to perform Tacan calibration flights. If you really want to paint your Merlins that way I can send you some more pictures.
I'm looking forward to see the progress on your (Belgian) Swearingen fleet, both in the hangar and in the air.
