New 70mm EDF Jingpin Hobby

Has anyone see the new structure 70mm EDF from Jingpin Hobby. They logo is only have " Jp "

http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XNjc3MT....3.5-2.1-1-1-4

The specs say it's much powerful than the old Metal 70mm EDF. From the video It's looking great. I have some pictures about that 70mm EDF, well know it have a new structure, then spinner is not set on the blades, and have other structure to carry the spinner in front of the blades.Does it have any thrust effect or another function?
It would be many pleasure to get more important information here.

The rotor attaches directly to the motor shaft, should be good design. Although I thought it had been proven that more stators are better on a high blade fan? Your link to jingpin hobby doesn't work.
