Link doesn't work for me. HK says it's trying to access a page that no longer exists.

I wouldn't worry about it, the meter is a heap anyway. If you want something that gives you meaningful results have a look at this thread. Available at a couple of places in the States I believe, or direct from the designer and manufacturer.

Unfortunately, one does not have to have any clue as to what he is doing to design and market a product. Fortunately, the 7 in 1 meter has many other features that are seemingly correctly implemented and will provide the end-user with some utility.

The IR function will be marginally useful for really small packs with high IR but will be completely useless for high performance lipolys. For these, one of the proven tools (Wayne Giles' ESR Meter, FMA or iCharger charger) that employs 4-wire measurement is required.

Capacity is 6.6Ah

I recently purchased an ARF from Value Hobby, and noticed they had three different "models" of 3s 1300 packs for sale on the site (a 30C, a 40C, and an Elite 40C, wow!). I ordered one of each out of curiosity to evaluate their performance. Data here.

Unless they improve with age and cycles, I am quite unimpressed with their current "true C" rating of approximately half of the label rating.

Ah.......the "Wayneometer", I love mine very much!

I have yet to discover any lipo (commercially available) with a "true C" of over 30. That being said, todays lipo batteries are a lot better than what we had 6 years ago and cost a lot less! Also, please keep in mind that lipo "sellers" do not tell us the methodology by which they grade their lipos! Their definition of 30C and our definition of 30C may be different!

I say sellers cause we sure ain't buying them from the manufacturers!
