Favorite micros

I really like these Micros. I never thought I would. I bought the Champ for my daughter and I liked flying it more than her. I also have the UMX Beast 3D which is a blast.
Which micros are your Favorite? I want to buy another one. I like the following:
Pitts
Edge
F4U
Sbach
Trojan
Habu

F4U. Looks good and slows up real well for landing.

Going from the Beast back to the 1 cell birds might possibly be a let down. Get the Pitts. It is probably my favorite to fly at the moment. I've got the UMX Beast3D, UMX Geebee, UMX Carbon Cub also. They all have their fun factor but the Pitts is just an overall fun plane to fly in all aspects. Just my 2 cents.

The only micros I fly so far are the Champ and the UMX Radian...both a lot of fun and IMO, well worth the price.

I'd like them all, but I'm going to wait for the Pitts to be restocked.
I almost ordered the Edge 540QQ, but I'm not so sure after reading a lot of the reviews on the HH site.
How is the Radian, I've never flown a glider, is it a lazy plane. What I keen by that is relaxing, no thrills type.

IMHO, the UMX Radian is NOT a glider. Yeah, it looks like a glider, but it behaves more like the Duet. It has AS3X, so it's really a stable little flyer. It's fast when you throttle it, so it's not what I would call "lazy" at all. You have to keep on top of it, so it's not like it's just floating up there. It's a little nose heavy, so you need to trim the elevator up so it doesn't descend so quickly. I think the Radian's bigger brother is more like a glider, just because it's so big and lofty…now maybe that's a lazy plane. Don't know, haven't flown it...but after flying the UMX version, I am kinda itching to fly the big one now.

New UMX Corsair or P-51. Love a lot of things about the Carbon Cub too!

(I gotta get me a Pitts)

I currently have the Champ, T-28, P51D and Corsair (just got it, messing with and binding it to DX6i today). As to which one prefer to fly? It depends on my mood. If I feel lazy and mellow, it's the Champ. When I feel like flying more aggressive I fly the P51. In between is the T-28.

My spouse has named my planes. Champ is Rufus, P-51--Silver Streak and the Trojan she said she's still thinking about. However, it appears that the Corsair will be named "Another damned plane!". (I can't wait to see what she names my Spacewalker when it arrives). That'll be 5 planes in about 3 months in the hobby so I actually do see her point.

Not that it'll change me much though. There is "just one more" I think I should get.

No, the UMX Radian is a very good glider and the sink rate is lower than the big Radian!

Hey, I've heard that before too! I recently moved and starting to organize my shop after months of upgrading things in the house my wife wanted.
I still have more to hang, and she caught me the other day looking at 3DHS Velox and it was like I was looking at p0rn or something. "A ha, I caught you! Another damned plane!"
