WLToys Protocols

I was under the impression that WLToys helicopters were all using the FlySky protocol. I've gleaned from other threads that this may not be the case? Can anyone throw any light on this please?

I bought a FlySky module for my 9XR Tx in the hope that I could assign each WLToys model to a separate channel and therefore only need to carry one Tx around.

They have four and maybe more protocols going. They out source their helis/ quads to other makers and use what ever they use. V922 tx will not fly V977 !
Thats what you get when you buy toys. T9X needs module for c/p' helis. The quad thing is a mess. Olden days T9X worked great with V911's V929's etc.
