Question
CSRC-RX3000e?

Does anyone have experience with these CSRC-RX3000e RxRs?

They seem to be a low cost, Spektrum compatible, and very light weight. Question is--do they work?

If you are going to pay that much, just get an authentic rx from the classifieds. Otherwise you can the same thing for $5-10.

Thanks for the links. I was unaware of Target.

I read a lot of reviews on the Orange RxRs and they seem mixed. Many say the Orange RxRs work fine, but many cite range and reliability problems. So, I'm wodering about the Common Sense RC (the street price is much lower than the MSRP on the website), and indeed the Target (whose *list* price is exactly the same as Spektrum's list price), RxRs . Are the HKs without the case? Are they completely independant products? Does any one have exyperience with them?

My concern is about building a delicate stick 'n tissue aiplane and then entrusting it to a reciever.

I have never had either of them, but the general rules are:
- only for close range flying
- if you question whether or not you trust it in a valuable model (expense or pride of build), get authentic

Seems pretty simple to me. I would only use one in a profile foamy.

orange rx, never failed me. binding did fail, but that was after much soldering and hacking of the board. (got it down to 1.7 grams )
over all, the same as BIM says. fine for models you dont mind losing.
personally, i never have had a problem with losing signal in over 3 years, but thats just me.
some people tell horror stores, and some fly them in everything, big or small.

then again, people have lost big planes cuz of failures of offical spektrum rx.

they pretty much come form the same country anyways. probly the same factory, id guess.

i like them.
