Do you bring your quadcopters when you're on vacation or traveling? On all of the hoverthings frames, which one do you choose?

I'd been debating all the pros and cons of the Full size Flip FPV with Gimbals, and the Small FPV360 and finally i decided on the FPV360, not one, but 2 of them for back up

My fpv360 with hero3+ black + Dragonlink + fpv gears + gps + 3700mAH 4 cells battery weighting about 1.350 kg, and can be folded.

Moreover, it's a family vacation for me so i try to keep it simple, portable as much as i can and the fpv360 is a perfect choice.

I don't know why Tom discontinue this frame.

Finally got a chance to cobble together and edit a video from my weekend's flight with the new makeshift plate. Had lots of crashes getting use to the tilted up fpv camera but the tall grass and soft ground minimized the damage. The frame held up extremely well too

I ended up moving the fpv camera to below the bottom plates to give it some protection with the frame and skids. Will try adding moon gel and/or sorbothane between the camera and plate next.

I'm sure I'm going to have to get new motors as my rear left one is giving out after getting repaired a few months ago and it is adding alot to the vibration.

Thanks hskb.

It was a lot fun that day. My flip fpv frame was the biggest frame among the three that were flying. Two hits were into a tree and the other four were against tall grass. I'd probably not fair as well if it were concrete

Ya'll still liking 4s with SS 2212 980kv motors? Is the HQ 9x5 eprop still the one of choice or are ya'll liking something differnt now?

I'm still flying with gemfan 9x4.7 on 2212/980kv and 4s. I have a set of HQ 9x5 that I'll give a try with as I'm starting to run low on the gemfans I break too many props to buy HQ in quantity.

Nice and smooth gimbal flight Boltsi.

Yesterday morning I flew my Flip FPV with my buddies at the local park and had a grand time. I need to find a better way to mount the xiaomi camera as 1 of the 3 double-sided tape attachment points came loose and I picked up some jello in my video.

I'm getting use to having the fpv cam pitched up 20 degrees. Had some more crashes with the final one of the day breaking my front right arm when I did a bad roll. Good thing I have a spare arm
