Mugi derivative - 110mm span Avro Vulcan

Black Spitfire

a few months ago I scored some 3mm black Correx off-cuts from a local packaging company. I had other "black" PSS intentions, but when my Camo Corrospit became a bit too abused from the Hermanus trip, I decided to build another Spitty the wing at 3mm was only about a half ounce heavier than the Camo Spit's 2mm wing. I extended the nose about 20mm longer than my original (same as the plans on page 1) and was able to remove almost 150 grams from the original spinner. The Black Spitfire auw is 1100 grams Spitfire LF Mk.IXe TE554, the Black Spitfire, former Israeli Air Force 20-57. Hello all,
My youngest The "uglystang"....Sorry, the pun does not work in English ! :-( In French "Mochestang" ![]() Experimental construction with a "sandwich" coro 3mm /foam 50mm /coro 3mm The unit is virtually indestructible ! Very easy to make and gives a finished fuselage with locations prepared for the radio, the tank and the engine mount in just 2 or 3 hours ... But maybe someone with you tried? I prepare a Mig 3 with the same concept, and I took pictures of the different stages soon fabrice |
