Build Log
SIG Herr Starlite

Well my name is WASIQ NAEEM and I'm from Pakistan, I love scratch building and a few months back I scratch built a Sig starlite for a national online scratch building competition, it's an extremely detailed build log with more than 500 pictures on it.

I will try to share as much info as I can over here and I hope you guys like the end result.

Here's the link to my thread on rcpak.

So lets get started.

I have attached the plans: for anyone who is interested in building one.

Before I move forward I must say; my first impression before I started building it was not good I thought this would be an ugly looking slow flyer and a total waste of time, but as I progressed; boy was I surprised. Absolutely amazing.

I built it without using any readily available square spars or any thing else, from the control horns to the wheels every thing was scratch built.

I will share the AUW ( which by the way will blow you away), electronics and covering materials soon. Originally it was intended to be covered with tissue but due to a ban on certain materials I had to improvise.

Nice looking model. We'll call it a stand-off-scale Pilatus Porter.

Thank you Don.
Yes my apologies for posting it in the wrong section.

Would you share your models picture and a little info about the maximum flight time you have achieved

Thanks
