Name that kit,

Had this picture kicking around for a while now, can anyone name the kit or manufacturer, or was it a scratchbuild.

Any info gratefully received.

Keep in mind that the Phase 3 F-16 is a stock looking F16. The plane in your post is very modified.

Yeah i figured it was modified which made identifying the original harder. looks pretty sick though.

IIRC, that aircraft flew at Big Jolt back in October. Yes as others have confirmed it is a highly modified Hobby People Phase 3 F-16, glassed and polished to an automotive finish.

Yes it's "Parpar"'s modded Phase 3, F-16. One of the nicest I've seen.

I built the EDF setup for it.
Veeeery faaaaast. unfortunately it suffered a taileron failure and crashed during the speed contest at The "Big Jolt" 2014.
Sad to see that one go.

It was sad to see it fail on that downwind pass so suddenly, the entire crowd went "WHOA!". I respect the effort to push the envelope, though. Everyone there was sad at the loss. I was amazed at how the Dynogy battery *literally* snapped in half from the massive force of hitting the ground at that speed, yet the battery didn't burn at all. From Tailslide's Miss Budweiser and Gary's Monster, this HP F-16 kit has had a long history of tempting speed aficionados.

Yeah, those were fun times (2008) Jon. But were having even more fun now.
