. Servo - Operating Voltage Range - (Hitec) usuage with NiMH, Lipol & A123 batteries.

High Voltage Digital Servos now offer 7.4V performance. This means that you can drive these servos using a 7.4V Lipo
without having to step the voltage down to 6 volts (however the servos can still work well on 6V)

I was looking for a voltage range that included 8.4v, but I guess Hitec is using 7.4v as the nominal voltage for a 2s Lipo which can lead to misunderstanding.
I have already seen warnings against using it on 2s Lipo without a diode, hence my question, so I wish Hitec would make the voltage range clearer on their website .
