Yes, not just at the servos or control horns, but you can also adjust the travel (ATV) from a dial on the gyro's as well.
They say you should have the airplane set up to fly well without the gyro even on, so I suppose that you'd want to adjust the ATV on the gyro before you played around with your linkages.

I believe that Pattern contest flyers have been able to use gyros for years, but only in 1 axis.

sounds fine, all I use them for is ailerons. Really helps with flying wings. It will turn your shifty wing into a docile slow flier

Amazing how these attitudes develop.

gyros belong where ever you want to put them. If people don't like this, then don't buy it. I'm sure it will sell if it works. Stabilization by dampening UNWANTED movements will continue to grow. They govern helicopter engines. Is that cheating? They have glow drivers so engines don't die in flight. Oh, that's cheating cause your supposed to be really good at tuning to fly? BS. Technology always grows, this is part of it.

No, but as long as your ESC can provide the amperage to run everything. If not you may need to add a BEC, and this is common in flybarless helicopters.

The only thing that can hurt this would be quality control. It was an issue with the MCPx, the Beast v1, Sukhoi...etc. Anyhow, I'm wishing for the best when these things hit the consumers. I've always imagined doing a torque roll with my Beast over my front lawn. Now it's more than possible. I could not do it with individual heli gyros in my Beast....it became to heavy. Imagine a high alpha from the driveway to your deck....lol.

Walkera had that little micro high wing plane with 3 axis gyros and we never saw it released did we?
