Granted, my scenery isnt as good. This is at my house, and my field isnt even that pretty.

Although, I do have some good shots of both planes in the air.
(btw, I've had the viking since christmas and the pitts since it first came out. They're so pretty when they dont crash )
Great photos! While I do appreciate doing my best to maintain my planes looking great, the ones that I've really formed a connection with are the planes that I've dorked, fixed, and got back in the sky flying beautifully. Can't describe that feeling other than taking pride and trust in your work when you see her flying again. Maybe this is what Old School and Modern RC Plane Builders feel when they finish a creation.. those planes must be special since they put in a little of themselves in it. Maybe one day I'll get into making my own creation as well.

Anyways, I digress.. love the shots! The Viking and Pitts are great favorites.

This is why you don't see me posting any videos

Thanks man! I enjoy making the videos. I'll keep working on them when the music and time is right.

Dude, very cool. I spent more time looking at the gauges thinking they were gonna move As I said before, I love the "tower to pilot" communication voice over. Very different Bud. I might have to steal your idea on that

Excellent job flying too. What kind of cam are you using? Sorry if I missed that....CRS A link to the aircraft would be cool too

Mike.

Maiden flight of my PKZ FW-190 today. Sorry, no pics. I didn't have anyone with me, and I don't have a hands-off camera.

Really pleased at how she handled- plenty of power, stable flyer. She looked very "scale" in flight, especially making low passes. A little bit tail heavy with everything trimmed according to the manual, but nothing bad. I did notice that it started to stall at a pretty fast speed though, so I made my landings at a fast clip. I'm glad that I made it a belly lander, as I can definitely see how fast grass landings on those long gears would easily end up in a tumble.

All in all, I'm happy I bought the plane. Very pretty bird that I'm inclined to only fly in the best of weather.

Oh- and Thosmosis- awesome video!

Thanks guys.

The cam is a Möbius. Unfortunately, I had to set the focus on the lens, to get close focus. Which kind of fuzzied the distance.

The plane is the Easysky drifter. Ultra lite style plane. The closest one in the picture.

Out flying. My maiden of the 48" was successful, although it needs a stronger elevator servo. Had a battery go aft on the Viking in flight, but j plopped it on the mains from about 30" no damage.
