Check your glow plug. Make sure your igniter is fully charged prime the engine a bit holed your finger over the carburetor it will draw fuel in to the engine. One or two pulls should get it primed. Make sure you put your air cleaner back on.

Take the plug out of the engine and see if it's glowing orange with inserted into the igniter.

Try putting a little fuel directly in the cylinder and see if you can get it to fire it sounds like you not getting fuel.

is the car priming itself? If not then you might have a fuel system issue or you could blow into the vent line to prime it. Also the top of the piston might be dirty and need a wiping down with a paper towel. Just a few I've come across.

Easiest way to prime is to take off the air filter, put your finger over the carb and turn it over a few times until you see fuel flowing through the line. Put the filter back on and fire it up.
